A cup of this refreshing tea provides all the benefits of green tea, but its mint flavour adds an intense freshness which also reduces some of the bitterness which can be associated with green tea.

This tea is rated as having a medium level of caffeine. For best results, we recommend steeping The Mint in 158F/70C water for 3 minutes and enjoying immediately.
